    Job Title: Sr.PHP Developer
    Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a core PHP developer who is very passionate about technology, have ambitious spirit and love smart work.
  • As a core developer, you will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing product of VAMedia Box Pvt. Ltd.
  • You will utilize mature programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards procedures and techniques
  • Excellent logical and algorithm skills required
  • Required Knowledge,Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience with Core PHP programming on open source tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, PHP, MySQL, LAMP, BootStrap, CMS, MVC etc
  • Knowledge of Node.js will be a plus
  • Strong coding, designing, debugging and testing skills
  • Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
  • Qualifications: B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA

    Business Development Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
    • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
    • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
    • Developing customized targeted sales strategies
    • Coordinating business generation activities
    • Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
    • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
    • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
    • Maintaining database (Excels etc.) of prospective client information
    • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
    • Researching potential leads from different online bidding platforms like payperhour, freelancer, Guru, upwork etc., or web searches, or digital resources or offline mode like Just Dial.
    • Closing sales and working with client through closing process
    • Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
    • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
    Business Development Executive Requirements:
    • Must have experience with Software Development Company and International client handling.
    • New Client Acquisition for IT Projects
    • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential clients.
